I hope you have had a great half term and first week back. I have an arty Music task and a sporty French task for you this week...
1) One of my favourite activities is to draw and paint to music. BBC Ten Pieces at Home this week has a really fun activity based on this. You can watch a video with Claudia Winkleman about 'The Firebird' by Stravinsky, then see illustrator James Mayhew produce some artwork inspired by it, before having a go yourself. You can even upload your artwork to the BBC website. Watch the orchestra perform and see how many instruments you can see and hear, just like we do in Music. I would love to see any artwork you can produce to this, or any, piece of music!
