Remembrance Day

 

In Year 4, we celebrated the sacrifices made by our Armed Forces by looking at the history and significance of Remembrance Day.

We made Poppy Wreaths and looked at the symbolism of the poppy and how this links to our British Values.

Mrs Simmonite then laid our school poppy wreath at the Memorial Garden in Hornsea.
