Can you help your grown up to write a shopping list? Have a good look around your cupboards and in your fridge, what will you need? What sound will that begin with?
Have a look in your fridge and choose your 3 favourite things inside. Can you write a label for them? Maybe you could help your grown up to do the same. Do they have the same favourites as you? My favourite food begins with a 'ch' sound...
