Space Art (5LM)
Since returning from lockdown, we have been busy developing our art skills with our topic of 'Space'. We used oil pastels to create pictures of space. We also made 'Junk Art', making rockets and space creatures out of recycled materials.
Spanish Day (5LM)
Flamenco dancing (5LM)
In 5LM, we had a Spanish Day where we learnt all about the country and culture of Spain. We enjoyed decorating Spanish-themed flags, listening to stories in Spanish, learning how to dance the Flamenco and we even made our own Flamenco fans to add to out Spanish display!
World Book Day (5LM)
5JC Rocket Experiment!
5JC had a great time making a bottle into a rocket! It took us a few attempts to get it right but we managed to make it fly really high. Poor Mrs Drake got wet in the process but Miss Cox took health and safety seriously and made sure she was fully protected! (See photos and video below)
