Challenge Tuesday!
Today’s extra challenge is to use the internet (with a grown up) to research lighthouses and turn one of the pages in your ‘Home Learning Book’ into a fact sheet.
Step 1. Research some facts and images.
Step 2. Jot down what you find on scraps of paper
Step 3. Decide which ones you’re going to use in your fact sheet
Step 4. Using a ruler (or ask your grown up) draw lots of boxes on one page of your ‘Home Learning Book’. Make sure you draw a long thin box along the top for your title.
Step 5. Write your title
Step 6. Write your facts out neatly into the boxes
Step 7. Draw some of the images you found in the spare boxes.
