School Games Mark!

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Gold award for the previous year (2016-17) and we are one of two schools in our area to have the opportunity to apply for a Platinum award as we have had Gold 5 years in a row! What a great achievement! This shows the amount of Sport and events that take place in school and how many great opportunities our children have! Results to follow!

New football kit!

We have just received a letter informing us that Tigers Trust have nominated us to receive a free football kit from the Premier League Players Kit Scheme. What fantastic news and we greatly appreciate the nomination from Tigers Trust! We will be ordering these shortly, photographs to be on the website following delivery!

Hockey - Tuesday 10th October

Five children from Years 5 and 6 competed in a Hockey competition at Hornsea Leisure Centre. The children were extremely well behaved and played to the best of their ability. They made the school proud and enjoyed themselves. 

We currently do not have a Hockey coach in school but are looking for one to start up a new Hockey club. If anyone knows of anybody, please get in touch with Miss Cox or Miss Reed, thank you!

Tigers Trust

So far the children are thoroughly enjoying their sessions with Tigers Trust, which take place every Friday afternoon. Each class will have three sessions each with the coaches (please see letter emailed home with specific dates). This is a great opportunity for both students and staff and we value the experience.

Cross Country- 28th September 2017

What a fantastic start to the competition season! 

It was great to see so many children participating across all year groups (year 1-6).

HCPS did really well and we have now got three teams going through to the final, plus many other individual runners. 

A huge congratulations to all who took part!
