Maths Lets Learn Morning Summer - 2024 

 

In April this year, our theme for our Lets Learn Together morning was 'Playing with Maths.' This was taken from International Maths Day. 

 

"In 2024, we want to celebrate mathematical games, puzzles and other entertaining activities but also 'playing' with mathematics itself: exploring, experimenting and discovering." - International Day of Mathematics. 

 

Parents and carers were able to join their child's class and complete lots of activities with their children and classmates. 

 

Activities included:

  • Bringing games in from home
  • Dominoes
  • Building 3D shapes and models
  • Puzzles and tangrams
  • Obstacle courses
  • Creating their own games
