Mental Health Awareness Week. Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 18-24 May 2020. The theme is kindness.

Happiness Jar

Materials needed:

A clear plastic or glass jar

Small pieces of coloured paper

Material to decorate maybe glass paint coloured paper to cut out different shapes a




First make sure that your jar is clean and add a decoration including the words Happiness Jar

Then choose a coloured piece of paper and add at least one positive thing that you have done today

Finally on a Friday or  a day where you feel you need an extra smile on your face then tip these out and read them to yourself or a family member.
