Use the Lollipop template below

Write one amazing thing that you have done today this could be something that has made somebody smile, helping others or completing a task or chore.

Then cut out the lollipop and stick it into your home school journal. special book or even on your fridge to remind you how awesome you are!

Happiness Jar

Materials needed:

A clear plastic or glass jar

Small pieces of coloured paper

Material to decorate maybe glass paint coloured paper to cut out different shapes to add

Glue

 

Method

First make sure that your jar is clean and add a decoration including the words Happiness Jar

Then choose a coloured piece of paper and add at least one positive thing that you have done today

Finally on a Friday or  a day where you feel you need an extra smile on your face then tip these out and read them to yourself or a family member.
